The health and well-being of your household is our top priority. By keeping children and pets out of treated areas until products have fully dried, contact with the applied materials is avoided. Once dry, treated areas can be used as normal.

We keep things simple. Our service agreement outlines the scope of service and our interior guarantee, but we do not lock customers into long-term contracts or charge cancellation fees. You stay with us because you’re happy with the service, not because you’re required to.

Most professional treatments provide effective control for 2–3 months, depending on weather, pest population, and environmental conditions. Because of this, many of our customers choose bi-monthly or quarterly service plans to maintain consistent protection and prevent infestations before they start.

In most cases, no. Exterior treatments can typically be performed without anyone at home. If interior service is needed, we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you.

Yes! We provide an interior service guarantee for active pest issues. If pests return inside in-between services, we’ll come back at no charge.
